What happens if you do not receive your envelope or your envelope and contents are damaged?
The nature of snail mail means some envelopes may get lost, returned or damaged.
Lost: If you do not receive your envelope within 4 weeks of the sent date (the 20th of the month following your subscription) please email me sunny@sendingsunstudio.com with your subscription information and confirm your address and I will resend your envelope
Damaged: If the contents of your envelope are damaged please email me sunny@sendingsunstudio.com with a photo of the damaged contents and I will send out a new envelope to replace your damaged one
Cancelling or making changes to your subscription
You can change your address or cancel your subscription anytime in the customer portal reached by selecting the "manage subscription" button
Billing and subscription information
Your subscription will be billed on the same day of the month that you initially signed up on. For example: if you sign up on January 10th, your next billings moving forward will be February 10, March 10, April 10 and so on.
Sign ups for the month end on the 15th. For example: subscriptions started between December 16 - January 15 would receive Januarys envelope. Subscriptions started between January 16-February 15 would receive Februarys envelope.
Each months envelopes are mailed on the 20th day (or the following business day if the 20th falls on a weekend). For example: if you sign up January 16th, you will recieve Februarys envelope mailed on February 20th.
